PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT
When placing an order, customers are required to pay a £150 deposit. We will process the order upon the receipt of your deposit, the remaining balance must be settled prior printing stages. After transferring the payment, please send your remittance advice via email, Whatsapp, or WeChat to our company, including your contact phone number and shop postal code in order to process your payment promptly.
If customers need to cancel the order, a refund will be issued after deducting at least £100 for artwork setting fees. However, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after artwork and order printing confirmation. Customers are required to confirm printing within six months from the order placed date. We do not rush customers for proofing amendments, please contact us for follow-up. Orders not responded within 6 months time frame will be deemed to be cancelled, and a minimum payment of £100 artwork setting fees will be deducted from the deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
PROOF
Please ensure at least two people in artwork proofreading to avoid errors! Thank you!
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all content of the artwork, our company shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions therein. Upon receiving the initial draft, customers are entitled to two free amendments. Additional amendments will incur a fee ranging from £10 to £20 per proof. These two free amendments do not include significant changes such as resizing, layout rearrangement, altering more than half of the content or prices, a separate layout fee starting at £30 will apply for this kind of changes.
PAPER QUALITY & COLOUR DIFFERENCES
Artwork proofs are using laser printer with different paper types from suppliers, the colour and paper quality of the actual printed goods may vary slightly from the previous printing. Hence, we cannot guarantee that the paper quality or colours of the finished products will match your previous ones. All printed materials are subject to our company’s colour management standards, please do not use monitor screen display or printed paper artwork proof as reference.
COPYRIGHT
Customers must obtain permission from the copyright holder before using copyright protected works such as designs, photos, trademarks, and text. Our company does not bear responsibility for any copyright infringement claims or disputes related to customer-provided works. If customer provided works result in legal liabilities, customers agree to compensate our company for any losses incurred. All artworks, images, photos or trademarks created by us are our company’s copyright. Reproduction or copying without authorization is strictly prohibited.
CONFIRMATION & PRINTING
Customers are required to confirm their artwork via email or SMS. Once the artwork is confirmed for printing, no further changes can be made (including printing quantity, delivery address, gifts, etc.). Printing typically takes 10 working days from the confirmation of artwork with full payment. However, during peak seasons and public holidays, it may take longer.
CLAIMS
Customers order is classified as customised item, no returns or refunds will be given on all orders, unless faulty or damage. If customers find any problem upon signing delivery for the goods, please let us know within three days (photo proof must be attached). Returned faulty and damaged items must be in complete order, including quantity, packaging, or accessories that must be consistent with the original order. Otherwise, the return or write- off request will not be dealt with.
DELIVERY
If customers have parking or HGV access restrictions, please inform us when placing the order so that we can arrange transportation accordingly. Additional fees may apply for specific delivery dates or times.
Once your item is dispatched, we will provide a tracking ID for customers to track the status and allocate time to sign for the delivery. If the goods are not signed for or rejected by the customer, we can arrange redelivery. However, customers will be responsible for additional delivery fees (starting at £20, depending on location and order quantity), and these fees must be paid before redelivery.
Due to health and safety reasons, the driver will leave the goods outside of the entrance. Customers are advised to move the goods indoor or upper floor if the delivery address is a flat or apartment by themselves. Our company will not be liable for any delay or legal liability in the event of accidents during delivery due to reasons such as postal/ carrier delays, logistical issues, strikes or severe weather etc.
Once customers place an order with our company, it indicates their agreement to the above terms and conditions.
Our company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, our price list, as well as reduce or cancel any complimentary gifts, without prior notice.
